Position Summary: Supervises and coordinates the receipt, storage, distribution, and transportation of temperature-controlled products, ensuring regulatory compliance and inventory management. Quality assurance and compliance with sanitary regulations. **Operations Supervisor** Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday Competitive salary Statutory benefits *Main Responsibilities:* \* Supervise the receipt, storage, distribution, and transportation of products under temperature-controlled conditions. \* Ensure compliance with quality protocols, food safety standards, and sanitary regulations. \* Coordinate operational staff across shifts, assigning tasks and verifying performance. \* Monitor refrigeration equipment and temperature control systems, managing preventive and corrective maintenance. \* Prepare operational reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and continuous improvement plans. \* Manage inventories and minimize losses due to expiration or cold chain failures. \* Train staff on good practices for handling perishable products. \* Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. \* Ensure inventory control and accuracy. \* Ensure execution of physical inventory programs established by the organization and/or the client. \* Supervise product movements and their system registration, ensuring information reliability. \* Supervise, propose, and plan corrective actions for inventory discrepancies. \* Supervise and validate rejected and/or returned item inventories. \* Coordinate, supervise, and validate inventory counts and reconciliations.
