




Job Summary: Safeguard the physical safety of guests, colleagues, and hotel facilities by controlling access, conducting patrols, and assisting guests. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist guests with luggage and transportation Objective: Safeguard the physical safety of guests and colleagues, as well as hotel facilities, by enforcing hotel policies and procedures. Responsibilities: * Inspect facilities and follow up on pending items from the previous shift. * Conduct periodic patrols throughout the hotel. * Control access and detect risky situations. * Verify entry of staff, suppliers, and goods, maintaining records in logbooks. * Ensure that individuals within the premises are guests or customers. * Assist guests with luggage, vehicles, and escorting them to their rooms, informing them about hotel services. * Manage luggage and package storage (check room). * Support transportation services when required. * Maintain constant communication with management regarding incidents. * Accurately complete and review logbooks.
