Job Responsibilities: * Implement strategies aimed at continuous improvement in productivity, efficiency, effectiveness, communication, and professional development. * Recruitment and selection of personnel. * Communication, interviewing, and evaluation of candidates. * Monitor the annual training program and maintain compliance documentation. * Coordinate and monitor logistics for training courses and the onboarding process for new employees. * Incident tracking. * Team-building events.
