Staff training and continuous development **Pharmacy chain is seeking your talent as:** **Sales Supervisor** **Objective**: Ensure achievement of sales targets by supervising and managing the sales team across assigned pharmacies, implementing strategies that optimize productivity and regulatory compliance across all areas, while maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring proper branch operations. **Requirements** * Minimum education level: Completed high school * VERIFIABLE experience in sales. * Personal transportation (preferably automobile). **Responsibilities** * Sales supervision and control * Staff training and development * Sales analysis and strategy formulation * Team communication and motivation * Inform staff about goals, results, and important announcements * Lead loudspeaker announcements and flyer distribution activities, promote teamwork, and maintain constant communication with the manager to coordinate actions and report progress. * Administrative and operational oversight * Supervise staff punctuality, appearance, and adherence to dress code * Prepare reports and manage staff incidents to ensure resolution. **We Offer** * Monthly gross base salary: $11,000\. * Statutory benefits. * Bonuses for achieving monthly targets, up to $16,000\. * Savings fund. * Biweekly payment. * Training within the pharmaceutical industry. **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM * Saturday: 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM **Location** * Field-based work model: A designated zone is assigned for visiting corresponding pharmacy chains.
