Ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards. **Sears seeks a Maintenance Manager in Centro - Irapuato, Guanajuato** ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SEARS IRAPUATO CENTRO IS SEEKING: MAINTENANCE MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of infrastructure and equipment. * Plan and coordinate repair and preventive maintenance activities. * Manage and supervise the maintenance team, ensuring they are trained and equipped with necessary tools and resources. * Administer and control the maintenance budget. * Conduct periodic inspections to monitor facility conditions. * Manage infrastructure to maintain optimal operational conditions. * Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards. * Coordinate and manage contracts with external vendors and service providers. REQUIREMENTS * Education: Completed technical career or technological high school diploma in electricity, air conditioning, climate control, electromechanics, or related field. * Experience: Over 1 year as maintenance supervisor for preventive and corrective maintenance in commercial businesses. * Knowledge of general maintenance in painting, plumbing, air conditioning, and electricity. * Availability: Monday through Sunday.
