Direct impact on productivity and quality Position Profile: Shift Supervisor Area: Operations / Logistics Position: Shift Supervisor Reports to: Operations Coordinator / Manager Position Objective Supervise and coordinate operational activities during the assigned shift, ensuring achievement of targets, productivity, quality, personnel discipline, and proper functioning of processes. · Main Responsibilities Supervise operational staff during the shift (attendance, performance, and discipline). Ensure compliance with operational KPIs (productivity, cycle times, quality). Coordinate the correct execution of daily activities. Report incidents (absences, tardiness, leave requests, accidents). Verify that staff have necessary tools and equipment. Implement safety and hygiene guidelines. Monitor shift indicators and reports. Support staff training and feedback. Maintain constant communication with HR and administrative departments.
