Job Summary: Maintenance Supervisor responsible for coordinating and supervising daily maintenance activities, improving processes and equipment, and ensuring product safety. Key Highlights: 1. Promotion of a positive work environment Maintenance Supervisor Main Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise daily maintenance-related activities in the plant. Implement and monitor the maintenance program together with the Maintenance Manager. Maintain continuous improvement of processes, machinery, and/or equipment to achieve maximum efficiency. Coordinate and promote activities to ensure product safety. Ensure that personnel under supervision comply with scheduled maintenance programs. Foster a positive work environment while respecting employees. Comply with documentation management and control required in the area. Contribute to new continuous improvement projects. Report any deviations or incidents affecting food safety. Monitor the PPROs corresponding to their activities.
