Position Objective Supervise, coordinate, and ensure the proper execution of food, supply, and equipment transportation from the production kitchen to aircraft, guaranteeing timeliness, safety, hygiene, and compliance with airport regulations. Job Requirements * Education: Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Logistics, Transportation, etc. * Experience: Over 5 years. * Skills: Management of operational staff. Functions and Responsibilities * Coordinate daily route and vehicle assignments. * Supervise transportation personnel (roles, attendance, performance). * Ensure timeliness in service deliveries to flights. * Verify the proper condition of vehicles (maintenance, cleanliness, temperature where applicable). * Guarantee compliance with airport and sanitary safety regulations. * Coordinate with operations, kitchen, and air traffic departments. * Manage documentation (logs, checklists, delivery records). * Handle incidents (delays, mechanical failures, last-minute changes). * Supervise loading and unloading of supplies and food. * Optimize routes and transit times. * Report performance indicators (KPIs).
