Job Objective Supervise, coordinate, and ensure the proper execution of transporting food, supplies, and equipment from the production kitchen to aircraft, guaranteeing punctuality, safety, hygiene, and compliance with airport regulations. Job Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Logistics, Transportation, etc. Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year (Recent Graduate). Skills: Supervision of operational staff. Functions and Responsibilities Coordinate daily route and vehicle assignments. Supervise transportation personnel (roles, attendance, performance). Ensure punctual service delivery to flights. Verify the proper condition of vehicles (maintenance, cleanliness, temperature, if applicable). Guarantee compliance with airport and sanitary safety regulations. Coordinate with operations, kitchen, and air traffic. Manage documentation (logs, checklists, delivery records). Handle incidents (delays, mechanical failures, last-minute changes). Supervise loading and unloading of supplies and food. Optimize routes and transit times. Report performance indicators (KPIs). Schedule: Monday to Sunday, with one weekday day off. Shift rotation (Morning, Afternoon, Night). Work location: El Salto, Jalisco.
