We are a 100% Mexican company, proud of our values — therefore, we invite you to join our team as: JOB PROFILE: Position: Housekeeping Supervisor Department: Rooms Reports to: Manager Supervises: None Schedule: Full-time (with availability according to service needs) JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum education: High school diploma Schedule availability: Full Health conditions: Good health; physically capable of standing for extended periods. Basic knowledge: Familiarity with cleaning standards, cleaning chemicals, personnel management, attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure. InHotel system experience preferred. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Daily room inspection · Inspections of public areas · Inventories (amenities, linens, minor and major equipment) · Deep cleaning control · Review of room assignment system · Daily briefing with supervised departments · Material allocation · AP walkthroughs to identify improvement opportunities · Room inspection and release · Incident reporting · Administrative controls: incidents, vacations, leaves, holidays, room inspections, inventories REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: Honesty (Mandatory) Responsibility Discipline Organization Friendliness Teamwork Collaboration Requirements * Required academic level: High school or vocational training * Experience: 2 \- 3 years as HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR * Knowledge(s) and tool(s): + Knowledge of hotel cleaning standards. + Supervision of rooms and public areas. + Hotel management system experience preferred. * Language(s): * Skill(s) and competency(ies): + Motivation + Leadership + Continuous improvement + Teamwork + Proactivity + Stress tolerance + Work quality * Candidate availability: + No travel required Schedule Some days Full-time 08:00 \- 17:00 Schedule clarifications: One-hour lunch break.
