Design and coordination of annual training plans Distribuidora 209 is looking for your talent as **Human Resources**: **Recruitment and Selection** * Plan and coordinate the recruitment and personnel selection process, ensuring timely coverage of vacancies within established deadlines. * Maintain active job postings on free platforms (Indeed) and professional networks on a weekly basis. * Supervise the updating of the candidate database (physical and digital records). * Define and implement talent attraction strategies aligned with each department’s needs. * Validate interviews, assessments, and employment references prior to hiring. **Personnel Administration** * Supervise the preparation and safekeeping of contracts and personnel files for active employees (digital and physical). * Schedule and track monthly Human Resources department activities. * Ensure full compliance with the Internal Work Regulations by all staff. * Jointly manage employee registrations, cancellations, and modifications with external legal counsel before the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS). * Coordinate the delivery of final settlement documents (finiquitos) and assist in labor conciliation processes. * Supervise the distribution of uniforms and personal protective equipment. * Organize social and team-building activities to strengthen workplace climate. * Administer and analyze employee satisfaction surveys, proposing improvement actions. * Establish additional policies and benefits to promote employee retention and well-being. **Payroll** * Coordinate weekly pre-payroll preparation through review of attendance and incident reports. * Validate deductions, withholdings, or payments arising from internal referrals or statutory benefits. * Supervise the payroll process executed by external legal counsel, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines. * Review payroll reports and reconciliations with the accounting department. * Training and Development * Design and coordinate the annual training plan based on identified needs. * Manage courses, workshops, and certifications with external institutions. * Supervise the execution and documentation of training sessions (attendance lists, assessments, certificates). * Promote a culture of safety, productivity, and workplace well-being. **We Offer**: * Salary: $2,750.00 (weekly payment) * Meal vouchers * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Sundays off **Requirements**: * Gender: Unrestricted * Age: 35–40 years * Education: Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree * Residence near San Sebastián Tutla (near the Juárez monument) Interested candidates should submit their updated CV or job application, or send a WhatsApp message to: 951 644 4260 Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $11,000.00 – $11,500.00 per month Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $11,000.00 \- $11,500.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms * Meal vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
