If you have a high school diploma, the company will train you! PROFILE REQUIREMENTS Age: 18 to 45 years old. Education and Experience: With High School Diploma/Preparatory School: No experience required (the company provides training). With Junior High School Diploma: Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in collections or credit. Technical Skills (Mandatory): Proficiency in computer use and Excel/Database (minimum 1 year of usage). Fluent motorcycle handling. Documentation: Class B Driver's License (If you do not possess one or it has expired, candidates have 15 days after joining to obtain it). MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Field (80%): Portfolio management for accounts overdue by more than 90 days, home visits, and socioeconomic assessments of members and guarantors. Office (20%): Route planning, drafting payment agreements, and data entry into the system. ECONOMIC OFFERING AND BENEFITS Gross Monthly Salary: $12,037\. Payments: Biweekly, on time. Training: 100% paid during the first 4 weeks. Statutory Benefits: IMSS, Infonavit, and Afore. Enhanced Benefits: Year-end Bonus: 20 days. Food Vouchers: Issued biweekly. Savings Fund: 8%.
