Credit and Collections Advisor We seek individuals with an excellent attitude, motorcycle handling skills, and availability for fieldwork. If you have a high school diploma, the company will train you! PROFILE REQUIREMENTS Age: 18 to 45 years old. Education and Experience: With High School Diploma/Preparatory School: No experience required (the company provides training). With Junior High School Diploma: Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in collections or credit. Technical Skills (Mandatory): Proficiency in computer use and Excel/Database (minimum 1 year of usage). Fluent motorcycle operation. Documentation: Class B driver's license (if you do not yet hold one or it has expired, you have 15 days after joining to obtain it). Residence: Must reside no more than 40 minutes from the assigned branch (Puerto Escondido or Nopala). CRITICAL FILTERS Please verify the following before applying: 1\-Credit Bureau: No outstanding debts. (Only exception: total debts less than $4,000 MXN). A formal, no-cost inquiry will be conducted. 2\-.Academic Restriction: This vacancy is exclusively for operational profiles. Bachelor’s degree holders, interns, currently enrolled students, or individuals with law degrees are not eligible. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Field (80%): Managing delinquent portfolios over 90 days, conducting home visits, and performing socioeconomic assessments on members and guarantors. Office (20%): Route planning, drafting payment agreements, and data entry into the system. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Gross Monthly Salary: $12,037\. Payments: Biweekly and punctual. Training: 100% paid during the first 4 weeks. Statutory Benefits: IMSS, Infonavit, and Afore. Enhanced Benefits: Thirteenth-month bonus: 20 days. Food vouchers: Provided biweekly. Savings Fund: 8%. Life insurance. WORK HOURS AND SCHEDULE Monday to Friday: 09:00 am to 06:00 pm. Saturday: 09:00 am to 02:00 pm. Day off: Fixed Sundays. Position Type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract.
