Professional development JOB DESCRIPTION **CONVENTIONAL LATHE OPERATOR** ------------------------ **Location:** Santa Catarina, Nuevo León **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday **Required Experience:** 3 years of experience as a CNC Lathe Operator We are looking for a dedicated and experienced **Conventional Lathe Operator** to join our team. We seek a professional with in-depth knowledge of conventional lathe operation and the ability to manufacture parts with high precision. If you are detail-oriented, capable of interpreting technical drawings, and committed to quality, this opportunity is for you! **Key Responsibilities:** * Read and interpret manufacturing drawings to produce parts. * Manufacture concentric circular and cylindrical parts, ensuring compliance with specified minimum tolerances. * Perform drilling and threading of all sizes with precision. * Rectify mechanical parts and components required for lifting equipment, following specified requirements. * Maintain a clean and organized work area, complying with safety and hygiene regulations. * Produce the daily assigned parts per shift. * Perform various mechanical assemblies. * Complete and manage quality record forms according to the parts produced. * Monitor and report production and quality results. **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience as a Conventional Lathe Operator. * **Education:** Technical degree in Machine Tools or related field. * **Skills:** Solid understanding of machining principles and use of measuring tools. * **Knowledge:** Familiarity with various materials and their behavior during machining. * **Ability to:** Interpret technical drawings and manufacturing specifications. * **Attention to Detail:** Capability to work with tight tolerances and ensure final product quality. * **Organization:** Ability to maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * **Proactivity:** Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes. **We Offer:** * **Competitive Salary:** $12,000 to $15,000 gross monthly, based on experience and competencies. * **Bonuses:** * 10% weekly punctuality and attendance bonus. * Weekly productivity bonus of $100 to $500 (based on results). * **Benefits:** Statutory benefits. * **Job Stability:** Initial 30-day probationary contract, with potential for permanent employment and enhanced benefits thereafter. * **Professional Development:** Opportunities for growth within the company. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. ### **We look forward to welcoming your talent to further strengthen our organization!**
