If you are proactive, possess outstanding technical skills, and have a passion for preventive and corrective maintenance, we want to meet you! **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and machinery. * Diagnose technical failures and issues in mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems. * Carry out repairs and adjustments promptly to minimize downtime. * Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair activities. * Collaborate with the team to implement improvements in processes and equipment. * Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment. **Requirements:** Technicians in **Mechanics, Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related fields** * Prior experience in industrial maintenance or a similar role. * Solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong communication and problem-solving skills. * Availability to rotate shifts (Monthly shift rotation) Morning shift: 6:30 AM–2:30 PM (Monday–Saturday) Afternoon shift: 1:30 PM–9:00 PM (Monday–Saturday) Night shift: 9:30 PM–5:30 AM (Monday–Friday) **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of $16,000 nominal ($2,790 weekly net) * Monthly food vouchers: $1,185 * Savings fund * Vacation bonus of 45% * Profit sharing * Christmas bonus equivalent to 30 days’ salary * Life insurance * Major medical expense insurance * Funeral expense assistance * School supplies purchase assistance * Direct loans from Interlub * Language study scholarship * Subsidized cafeteria * Comprehensive health and wellness benefits. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment.
