Position Summary: We are seeking an Operational Supervisor to coordinate personnel, design security strategies, ensure compliance with protocols, manage incidents, and prepare reports. Manage incidents and prepare operational reports IMPORTANT: SECURITY COMPANY REQUIRES AN **OPERATIONAL SUPERVISOR** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Coordinate and supervise security operations personnel (guards) * Design, implement, and monitor plans and strategies to ensure proper service functionality. * Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and protocols. * Supervise the proper operation of security services across various sites or clients. * Manage incidents, prepare operational reports, and follow up on relevant events. REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions within the security field. * Knowledge of proper firearm usage. * Leadership, organizational skills, and results-oriented mindset. * Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles; valid driver's license required. * Flexible working hours.
