Ensure implementation of operational policies to increase sales. **Job Description** Ensure maintenance of a positive business relationship with the commercial customer portfolio to achieve customer satisfaction and positively impact sales growth in the Commercial market. **Responsibilities** * Provide continuous training to the commercial team to ensure excellent service. * Ensure knowledge of commercial operational processes. * Review and monitor daily established KPIs to ensure achievement of objectives through Commercial Sales indicators (profitability). * Reduce vehicle accidents and improve customer satisfaction. * Close sales to Commercial Division customers via Commercial BDD. * Create and track purchase orders, administratively close sales transactions, prepare quotations and promotions, and conduct prospecting calls for customer development. * Establish joint work plans with Store Managers to coordinate execution according to commercial business plans and available resources. Ensure correct implementation of commercial operational policies and procedures (returns, point-of-sale systems, price changes, effective credit management) to increase sales and deliver excellent customer satisfaction. * **Requirements** * Technical degree or equivalent. * Field of study: Automotive Mechanical Technician, Administrative Mechanic, or related disciplines. * 1–3 years of experience in automotive parts or accessories, as a service supervisor at an automotive dealership, commercial advisor at a dealership, counter specialist at a dealership, or commercial advisor at chain repair shops. * Knowledge of automotive parts and computer proficiency. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday.
