We invite you to keep growing and join us in the role of:** **Sales and Service Commercial Leader** **Challenges you will face in this position:** 1\. Execute plans and strategies to meet branch needs so that AMs, DMs, and Stars achieve established KPIs, contributing to branch profitability, and ensure they understand business operations and the scope of their responsibilities. 2\. Promote and support the participation of your AMs, DMs, and Stars in their corresponding training programs: Induction, leadership academies, commercial training, and Star academies, ensuring they develop effectively, enhance their skills, receive continuous improvement support, and remain with Provident. 3\. Implement measures jointly with the Security department to reduce risks and mitigate situations or practices impacting operations. 4\. Supervise that AMs, DMs, and Stars comply with company policies, credit controls, current legislation, and safety practices to guarantee smooth operations. 5\. Monitor performance metrics across your entire team and implement necessary support actions to achieve goals and objectives. **If you are someone who has:** * Minimum 2 years of experience as an AM with proven excellent results * Skills in executing sales and collections strategies * A passion for driving initiatives focused on team retention * Situational leadership and effective communication skills * Ability to creatively solve problems and make decisions * Enthusiasm for facing challenges and resilience in complex situations * Organizational and structural capacity to manage multiple activities * Focus on completing tasks and maintaining a consistent execution pace. **Important:** You must have achieved a minimum LTM rating of 'effective' in 2022 and the first half of 2023\. Indicators such as (sales, collections, and turnover) must align with defined targets.
