Position Summary: TRANSGO is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the evening shift, responsible for logistics and parcel delivery operations for Amazon, Coppel, and Walmart, including supervision of personnel. Operational position At TRANSGO, we specialize in parcel delivery services for Amazon, Coppel, and Walmart. **\*OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR – EVENING SHIFT**\* Schedule: \*Monday to Sunday\*, with a \*rotating weekly day off\*. For example: if Monday is the day off, the following week it will be Tuesday, then Wednesday the next week, and so on accordingly. SHIFT: 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. (Transportation provided, round-trip). Sunday Premium: $200 Grocery vouchers: $1,200 per month Statutory benefits: IMSS, Christmas bonus, vacation, vacation premium, INFONAVIT. Uniforms are provided. We offer an 8% savings fund. **REQUIREMENTS** High school diploma; university degree preferred. Age range: 25 to 40 years old. Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics and the parcel delivery industry. Prior experience supervising personnel. Proficiency in standard vehicle operation – valid Class B driver’s license required. Ability to operate mobile applications and smartphones in general. Flexible availability, including occasional rotation between morning and night shifts. Purely operational position.
