Position Summary: We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage Amazon, Coppel, and Walmart parcel deliveries during the evening shift, with experience in logistics and personnel management. Operational role in parcel delivery At TRANSGO, we specialize in parcel delivery for Amazon, Coppel, and Walmart. **\*OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR – EVENING SHIFT**\* Schedule: \*Monday to Sunday\*, with a \*rotating weekday day off\*. For example: if your day off is Monday, the following week it will be Tuesday, then Wednesday the next week, and so on accordingly. SHIFT: 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. (Transportation provided, round-trip). Sunday Bonus: $200 Food Vouchers: $1,200 per month Statutory Benefits: IMSS, Christmas Bonus, Vacation, Vacation Premium, INFONAVIT. Uniforms are provided. Savings Fund: 8%. **REQUIREMENTS** High school diploma; university degree preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics and the parcel delivery industry. Prior experience supervising personnel. Proficiency in standard vehicle operation – valid Class B driver’s license required. Ability to operate mobile applications and smartphones in general. Flexible availability, including occasional rotation between morning and night shifts. Strictly operational position. **\*LOCATION: Av.
