Our culture emphasizes work-life balance, professional development, global career opportunities, and an epic benefits package. **Mission** Perform equipment maintenance and repair based on safety and technical specifications, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and satisfaction. **Responsibilities** * Comply with safety, environmental, and 5S methodology standards. * Perform diagnostics, minor repairs, and maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems. * Prepare daily reports and conduct equipment inspections. * Operate mining equipment for internal transfers when required. * Interpret technical diagrams and use hand tools and measuring instruments. * Understand types of maintenance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and problem-solving methodologies. * Apply knowledge of control systems (DCS/ECS/RCS) and basic networks. * Cover absences in service contracts (training, vacations, or disabilities). * Build strong customer relationships through professional service. * Use digital platforms (Certiq, DocMine, RigScan). * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Epiroc equipment (drilling, batteries, autonomous, and production equipment). **Requirements** * Minimum of 2\-5 years of prior experience in mining equipment maintenance. * Technical degree or engineering degree in Electronics, Mechanics, or related field. * Practical knowledge of hydraulic systems, kinematic chain operation, and related components. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **It all starts with people.** The world needs metals and minerals for the energy transition and our cities and infrastructure must be developed to serve a growing population.
