Join the Four Seasons Resort Cabo Del Sol team as **Public Area Supervisor.** This expansive property will include 96 beautifully appointed guest rooms and 61 residences, located in the “tourist corridor” between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo atop the dramatic Baja California Sur with breathtaking ocean views where the Sea of Cortés meets the Pacific Ocean. Amenities will include three restaurants, three resort pools, an outdoor gym, Spa \& Spa Garden and a meeting space in the clubhouse. **Be You** As **Public Area Supervisor**, you are responsible for ensuring all areas meet Four Seasons Hotels’ highest standards. The supervisor also manages floor assistants and conducts daily inspections. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience as Public Area Supervisor in an ultra-luxury hotel (required). * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. * Basic knowledge of Opera and H otSos. * Participate in developing and monitoring training programs for Public Area Assistants and Laundry Attendants. * Knowledge of FORBES standards. * Attention to detail. * Ability to foster excellent relationships with members of the Public Area department and other departments. * Flexible schedule. **Master Your Craft** * Always be aware of your work schedule and report punctually. If unable to attend, notify your Housekeeping Manager. * Maintain professional conduct at all times. Adhere strictly to Four Seasons’ established policies \& procedures on conduct, as well as safety regulations and departmental rules without exception. * Report punctually at your scheduled start time to your Assistant Housekeeping Manager/Assistant Director of Housekeeping/Director of Housekeeping in the departmental office. * Review pending items assigned from the previous shift in your logbook and follow up accordingly. * Collect Public Area Department work assignments and verify them to resolve any questions. * Confirm the list of requirements and other events or requests for the Public Area Department with the Office Coordinator and your Housekeeping Manager. * Supervise Public Area Assistants and Laundry Attendants working during your assigned shift. * Ensure all team equipment functions properly and that equipment custody documentation is signed. * Inspect all public areas assigned to the department and submit the corresponding report if required. * Verify maintenance work orders and complete the required report. Report to your immediate supervisor if additional follow-up is needed. * Guide and train Public Area Assistants and Laundry Attendants under the direction of the Housekeeping Manager and Assistant Director of Housekeeping. * Supervise all cleaning of public areas and food and beverage outlets, ensuring adherence to proper cleaning procedures that respect decorative materials and furnishings, thereby preserving them in optimal condition. * When a Public Area Assistant reports completion of a requested follow-up task, the Public Area Supervisor must verify that it was performed correctly. * Prior to ending your shift, ensure all tasks are completed and meet appropriate standards and procedures implemented for the Public Area Department. * Upon shift completion, inform your immediate supervisor of any pending or ongoing follow-up items. * Report any unusual incidents to the Assistant Housekeeping Manager and communicate any special instructions to the P.M.
