YOUR ROLE Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance RESPONSIBILITIES * Preventive maintenance on plant systems. * Corrective maintenance on plant systems. * Compliance with central maintenance audits. * Compliance with internal EOS audits. * Safety, order, and cleanliness. * Participation in and execution of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001\). * Environmental Management System (ISO 14001\). YOUR EXPERIENCE * Technical school degree in electromechanics. * Basic computer skills. * Proficiency with multimeter, luxmeter, and infrared thermometer. * Experience performing maintenance activities or prior work experience at other companies. * Ability to read equipment instructions. * Knowledge of electrical systems, assembly/disassembly techniques, and machine components. REQUIREMENTS * Completed engineering degree or related field * Applicable STPS regulations * Industrial safety * Basic understanding of manufacturing KPIs * Lean manufacturing * 5S * Lean Manufacturing * Scrap and rework handling * Root cause analysis (5 Whys) * Ishikawa diagram * Continuous improvement methodology * Production reporting and daily follow-up * Contingency plans WHY JOIN US? * Grow with purpose.
