Leadership, organization, and ability to work under pressure. **Location:** Guadalupe, Zacatecas **Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced Cook to ensure proper food preparation while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation of dishes according to technical specifications * Supervision of kitchen assistants * Quality control and inventory preservation * Portion management and waste control * Application of hygiene standards and FIFO system * Reporting shortages, waste, or incidents **Requirements:** * Education: Technical degree or related field * Minimum experience: 1–2 years * Knowledge of Mexican and Asian cuisines (preferred) * Leadership, organization, and ability to work under pressure **We Offer:** * Competitive monthly salary plus tips * Full-time position * Rotating shifts (48 hours per week) * One day off per week Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $9,452.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
