Description
Responsible for manufacturing frames and components for TECHO Mx’s programmatic housing solutions (e.g., emergency housing, bathroom cabins, offices, etc.), ensuring the highest quality and timely delivery.
Objectives:
* Learn from direct supervisor regarding housing fabrication and implementation.
* Perform work to the highest quality standards required by TECHO.
* Meet production and housing output targets.
* Learn from direct supervisor regarding design and prefabrication of alternative solutions, and demonstrate strong performance in their implementation.
Responsibilities:
* Assemble, cut, and glue frames for manufacturing panels and any other housing-related components, as well as any other alternative work or activity generating organizational income.
* Loading and transporting materials.
* Any type of carpentry work or related tasks.
* Passion for tackling new and diverse challenges energetically and results-oriented, in an organized manner.
* Developed carpentry skills.
* Knowledge of time and task management.
Requirements:
* Excellent proficiency in carpentry machinery and tools
* Completed basic education or high school diploma
Work Schedule:
* Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00–18:00, and Saturdays, 09:00–13:00
* $9,826\.19 to $10,216\.00 MXN per month, before taxes. Statutory benefits plus additional perks.

Experience:
* Carpentry: 1 year (Preferred)
