




Job Summary: We are seeking a Training Manager to lead the development and implementation of training programs aligned with the company's strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the diagnosis and design of training programs. 2. Coordinate and supervise internal and external training sessions. 3. Manage learning platforms and commercial certification programs. **GRUPO CELMI** is a leading corporate group in **IT, TELECOMMUNICATIONS, AND TECHNOLOGY**, recognized as the largest distributor in the country by **TELCEL**, having held market leadership for 20 years in **MEXICO CITY, HIDALGO, STATE OF MEXICO, AND MORELOS.** Proudly, and thanks to our team’s efforts, we operate 2 corporate offices, 7 branches, 4 distribution centers, \+700 sub-distributors, and are present in renowned retail chains such as Palacio de Hierro. **GRUPO CELMI** is growing, and we are currently seeking a ***TRAINING MANAGER*** to join our corporate office in **PACHUCA DE SOTO, HIDALGO.** **R E Q U I R E M E N T S:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Pedagogy, Education, or related fields. * **Experience**: Minimum 3 years in training, capacity building, or organizational development, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. * Experience developing annual training plans, onboarding new talent, coordinating DNCs, NOM-035 compliance, career development plans, and leadership programs. * Experience working with external training providers. * **Willingness and availability to travel to various stores, warehouses, corporate offices, and distribution centers across HIDALGO, MORELOS, MEXICO CITY, AND STATE OF MEXICO.** **F U N C T I O N S:** * **Needs Assessment**: Identify skill and knowledge gaps within the organization. * **Training Program Design**: Develop and implement training plans aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. * **Training Supervision**: Coordinate internal and external training sessions, ensuring content quality. * **Impact Evaluation**: Measure training effectiveness through surveys, performance indicators, and employee feedback. * **Learning Platform Management**: Implement and administer digital tools for continuous learning, such as Telcel Academy. * Coordinate and monitor **Telcel**’s Commercial Certification Programs. **W E O F F E R:** * **Competitive monthly gross salary ranging from $16,000\.00 to $18,000\.00**, depending on experience. * **Monthly food vouchers worth $1,000**, because we know nutrition is essential to well-being. * **Comprehensive benefits**: IMSS and Infonavit coverage, vacation days, year-end bonus (aguinaldo), and vacation premium, ensuring your security and personal enjoyment. * **Working hours**: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00, and Saturdays, 09:00–14:00, with **Sundays off**, so you can fully enjoy your free time. * **Company vehicle** available for business trips originating from the corporate office, enhancing your mobility and productivity.
