Diagnose and resolve cybersecurity incidents **TELCEL Distributor**, the largest in the country with 20 *years* in the market and presence in **Region 9**, is looking for your talent; join our great team as a **CYBERSECURITY ANALYST** and build your career with us. **R E Q U I R E M E N T S:** * Education: Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Information Technology, or related field * Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in technical support, information security, or device administration * Mobile Device Management (MDM) * Information Security / Cybersecurity * Networks and Telecommunications * Proficiency with technical support tools * Windows operating systems and mobile devices **F U N C T I O N S:** * Administer and monitor device management platforms such as: **Absolute, Knox Mobile, Urmobo Mobile, and Windows Defender** * Configure security policies, profiles, and restrictions on corporate devices * Manage and track technical support tickets (networks, telecommunications, corporate software and hardware) * Diagnose and resolve cybersecurity-related incidents * Prepare technical and administrative reports (data sheets and technical documentation) **W E O F F E R:** * **$12,000\.00 GROSS MONTHLY.** * **IMSS, Infonavit, Vacation Days, Year-End Bonus, and Vacation Premium** * **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00, and Saturdays, 09:00 to 14:00** * **Day off: Sunday.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have in SECURITY ANALYSIS? * Are you available to start work immediately? * Please provide a phone number where we can reach you.
