We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant to provide service and follow-up for operational staff at a warehouse company. Shift availability is required. Job Responsibilities: FUNCTIONS: • Floor walkthroughs • Attendance tracking • Separations • Support for operations staff * Data entry in Excel for internal controls REQUIREMENTS: - Recent graduates, interns, or candidates with (not mandatory) prior experience in the field of human resources, - Knowledge and understanding of best practices in human resources, including recruitment, development, and performance management processes. - Strong analytical ability. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for HR-related data entry - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong service orientation and attention to both employees and customers - Self-managed and dynamic.
