Design of family engagement strategies IBO school located in the Industrial Area of Tizayuca, Hidalgo is seeking an **academic coordinator**. Responsibilities: * Coordinate academic activities inherent to the elementary education area by supervising and evaluating the teaching\-learning process to ensure quality education that contributes to students' holistic development. * Promote collaborative work among school staff, establish school improvement actions, and manage the school's human resources. * Design strategies to actively involve families in children's education. * Guide and monitor teachers' work and provide them with the materials and services required for optimal performance of their duties. * Ensure that teaching staff submit attendance and student academic achievement evaluation reports in a timely manner. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Education, or related fields (with degree certificate and professional license) * Graduate degree in Pedagogy, Education, or related fields. * Proficiency in educational platforms. * Prior experience as an academic coordinator or as a classroom teacher delivering instruction at any level: preschool, elementary, or secondary. * Residency near the area. * Basic English (minimum CEFR level A2\).
