




Job Summary: We are seeking an Ecommerce & Community Manager with experience in online sales and community management, responsible for customer service, sales tracking, and product optimization on marketplaces. Key Highlights: 1. Manages customer service on social media and marketplaces. 2. Tracks sales, quotations, and shipments. 3. Optimizes products and manages inventories on online platforms. Ecommerce & Community Manager Completed bachelor's degree, intern, or incomplete studies in business or administrative fields Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position Knowledge of sales through marketplaces (Amazon, Mercado Libre, etc.) Cost vs. price analysis Proficiency in technology Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with special expertise in Excel (formulas, tools, etc.) Availability to work from Monday to Saturday Main Responsibilities Customer service on social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and marketplaces (Mercado Libre, Amazon) Tracking quotations, messages, customer inquiries, sales, and shipments Basic inventory and listing updates and management Support in product upload and optimization on marketplaces Management of returns and invoicing Basic monitoring of competitor pricing Support in weekly sales reporting (Excel) Sending content (videos/photos) to the marketing agency DIRECT HIRING BY CLIENT Gross monthly salary: $10,000.00 + 0.5% commission on closed sales Bi-weekly payments Statutory benefits. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree 2 years of experience Age: between 25 and 45 years Knowledge: Cost analysis, Ecommerce, Digital platforms, Pricing, Sales, Online sales, Strategy development
