




Job Summary: This role involves managing training records, coordinating courses, conducting inductions and training, and administering the monthly training program. Key Highlights: 1. Training program administration Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, or related field. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills * Minimum 6 months of human resources experience KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Integration and administration of training files. * Compliance with applicable policies and procedures. * Responsibility for logistics of training courses. * Induction of newly hired personnel. * Delivery of training courses. * Follow-up on Competency Matrices per person and per position, and DNC. * Administration of the training program through development of the monthly training plan. * Recording of evaluations conducted during training and corresponding follow-ups. * Administration of training in accordance with administrative criteria, requirements, and formats for processing procedures and requesting services related to staff training, development, and productivity, as stipulated by STPS. * Document management related to training. * Support in the monthly preparation of industrial relations process indicators. * Monthly preparation of training strategy agreements. * Support in personnel competency administration.
