Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to ensure efficient operations, optimize routes and costs, supervise a team, and coordinate with various departments. Supervise the logistics team and coordinate with internal departments Logistics Manager We Offer $30,000–$40,000 monthly gross + statutory benefits Permanent contract starting from the 3rd month and bonus scheme. Direct employment contract with Sr Solutions. Working hours: Monday to Saturday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, and half-day on Saturday. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree. Minimum 4 years of experience. Responsibilities: - Ensure frictionless logistics operations: on-time deliveries, controlled inventories, and an operational team aligned with results. - Plan and execute delivery routes optimizing time and costs. - Supervise the logistics team (drivers and assistants). - Ensure compliance with safety regulations, internal policies, and vehicle usage guidelines. Coordinate with internal departments and generate operational reports (KPIs). - Experience in route planning and inventory management. Intermediate Excel skills. - Coordinate with health authorities, suppliers, carriers, and customers. - Design and implement continuous improvement processes and cost optimization initiatives.
