DE C.V. is a leading company supplying equipment and services to the automotive industry across three major divisions: sales, projects, and contract manufacturing, with over 30 years of experience serving various automotive manufacturers (e.g., FORD, NISSAN, MAZDA, etc.). We are currently seeking qualified personnel for the following vacancy: PROCUREMENT ANALYST Academic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 2–3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supplier negotiation. Experience in market analysis and preparation of comparative quotation tables. ERP systems (Odoo or ASPEL) and database management skills. Knowledge of quality standards and ISO requirements related to suppliers. Responsibilities: \- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and agreements with strategic suppliers. \- Prepare comparative quotation tables for objective supplier selection. \- Conduct supplier visits to assess capabilities, infrastructure, and compliance with standards. \- Monitor market trends, pricing, and availability of raw materials. \- Manage strong, long-term commercial relationships with key suppliers. \- Participate in supplier audits and qualification processes. Maintain updated supplier and contract databases (physical and digital) \- Assess supply risks and propose contingency plans. \- Identify new suppliers and sourcing opportunities. \- Propose cost-saving and cost-optimization strategies. \- Ensure compliance with agreements and contracts. Frequent on-site visits to suppliers.
