Join our team — we are seeking a **Procurement Analyst** REQUIRED EXPERIENCE * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related field * Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, specifically for interior finishing construction materials * Proficiency in ERP SAP B1; knowledge of procurement for general construction materials including drywall, electrical supplies, hardware, plumbing, metals, particleboard, etc. SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Expand the supplier portfolio * Procure materials on time and as required * Prepare requested quotations * Select optimal pricing, terms, and conditions from pre-qualified suppliers * Generate procurement reports with cost-saving indicators * Track purchase orders through to receipt * Identify and contact wholesale suppliers and manufacturers * Monitor and review supplier invoices for payment scheduling * Ensure quotations align with budget constraints, maintain market-competitive price ranges, and propose alternatives Skills * Negotiation ability * Organized * Service-oriented attitude * Responsible and committed We Offer * Gross monthly salary of MXN 15,000, commensurate with qualifications * Statutory benefits \+ Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Work schedule: Monday to Friday
