Assist warehouse operations by recording incoming and outgoing goods, collaborate on material supply to required departments, and conduct inventory counts. **Specific Job Description:** * Responsible for all restaurant procurement related to food, beverages, supplies, and stationery. * Verify that received purchases match purchase orders in terms of quantity, quality, and price. * Prepare purchase orders to suppliers. * Obtain approval (Vo. Bo.) for purchase orders from the Administrative Management Department of the UDN. * Supervise timely fulfillment of purchase orders. * Continuously identify new suppliers to improve delivery, quality, and pricing. * Select suppliers based on the following criteria: quality, competitive pricing, excellent service, and favorable payment terms. * Monitor authorized maximum and minimum inventory levels to ensure proper inventory turnover. * Provide requested reports and documentation to Administrative Direction, Administrative Management, and Operations Management. * Supervise accurate entry of purchases into the Soft Restaurant system and sign validation documents. * Deliver supplier credit invoices to the Accounts Payable department for check issuance. * Deliver cash payment invoices to suppliers for petty cash replenishment. * Request cash from Accounts Payable for daily cash payments to suppliers. * Deliver daily list of purchased supplies for requisition fulfillment. * Receive and fulfill requisitions from various departments. * Receive goods from suppliers. * Evaluate quality, quantity, and pricing of received goods. * Reconcile invoices with received goods. * Reject damaged goods or items priced differently than ordered. * Enter invoices into the corporate system to generate payments to respective suppliers. * Organize products for delivery to kitchen and bar. * Inspect cleanliness and organization of items within the warehouse. * Monitor shelf life (expiration dates) of warehouse items. * Conduct bi-weekly physical inventory counts. * Conduct monthly physical inventory counts. * Establish maximum and minimum stock levels jointly with immediate supervisors. * Maintain positive teamwork, respect, and agile service at all times. * Perform additional duties as instructed by immediate supervisor. **Knowledge Requirements:** * Excel proficiency (mandatory) * Microsoft Office suite * Price analysis * Supplier analysis * Inventory counting, control, and evaluation * Inventory software usage * Soft Restaurant system proficiency * Basic accounting knowledge * Cash handling * Receiving and organizing goods in warehouses **Skills:** * Leadership * Teamwork * Organizational skills * Assertive communication * Personnel management * Proactivity * Results-oriented mindset * Analytical thinking * Problem-solving and decision-making * Negotiation ability * Resource management * Service orientation * Discretion **Mandatory Requirements:** * a) Excellent personal appearance and presentation * b) Availability of time Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Staff cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Application Question(s): * Do you have letters of employment recommendation?
