Agile/Scrum (refinement, planning, grooming). User stories, acceptance criteria, processes, functional documentation. Workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, value-based analysis and prioritization. Experience with products/continuous operations in enterprise ecosystems (Azure/Microsoft preferred). Required Knowledge and Experience: * Elicit and document requirements (workshops, interviews). * Create/refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases. * Model AS IS/TO BE processes and support solution definition. * Prioritize backlog with PO/stakeholders based on value and impact. * Ensure traceability, alignment, and functional validation. * Support UAT, incident analysis, and continuous improvement.
