Mexico City ABL \- Business Analyst Extended Description Recruiter: Daniela Gaviño Location: Mexico City Industry: Consumer Products Work Modality: Hybrid Your Responsibilities: * Elicit and document requirements (workshops, interviews). * Create/refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases. * Model AS IS/TO BE processes and support solution definition. * Prioritize backlog with PO/stakeholders based on value and impact. * Ensure traceability, functional alignment, and validation. * Support UAT, incident analysis, and continuous improvement. Required Knowledge and Experience: * 7\+ years as an enterprise BA. * Agile/Scrum (refinement, planning, grooming). * User stories, AC, processes, functional documentation. * Workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, value-based analysis and prioritization. * Experience with continuous product/operations in enterprise ecosystems (Azure/Microsoft preferred).
