**Job Description**
Supervise compliance with operational processes and policies at Auction Centers.
· Monitor and ensure proper execution and application of processes and policies at the Auction Center.
· Responsible for taking photographs for unit inventory, audits, auctions, and unit removals.
· Ensure photo quality.
· Perform pre-storage activities for units: gasoline removal, battery disconnection, decal application, completion of the Unique Entry Form (FUI), unit labeling, and wrapping.
· Ensure proper use of the customs zone.
· Label each unit with its Unique Identification Number (NIU), company name, and island designation.
· Apply decals correctly.
· Collect keys and attach labels bearing the Unique Identification Number (NIU) to prevent loss, then place them in the designated envelope.
· Submit removed license plates on time according to agreed timelines and applicable clients, or via valuation services.
· Carry out any other tasks requested or assigned.
