Responsibilities: * Provide support for functional projects at the regional level and GZ Nuevo León, * Maintenance of personnel databases (structural hygiene), * Absenteeism reporting (distribution to each location), * Support regional Change Management strategies, * Presentation support (monthly results, VP updates, operational plans).
