We are looking to bring aboard a **SCHEDULING ANALYST** with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and closely monitor construction schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines and objectives. * Create and present construction progress reports for both clients and internal reporting, using .ppt format presentations. * Proactively identify potential delays, bottlenecks, and constraints that may impact project execution. * Continuously track activities with the construction team, fostering collaboration and problem resolution. **Job Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. * Intermediate level of English proficiency, essential for communication with international teams and clients. * Strong effective communication skills to interact with various project stakeholders. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project as the primary tool for project planning and control. **Skills and Competencies:** We seek an organized, proactive individual with strong analytical capabilities and a results-oriented mindset.
