Analytical and problem-solving skills **A leading Mexican tire company is seeking talent for the role of Internal Auditor** **Requirements** * Degree in Accounting, Administration, Engineering, or related field. * Proven experience in internal or external auditing. * Solid knowledge of auditing methodologies, internal control, and risk management. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Effective verbal and written communication skills. * Willingness to travel as required by service needs. **Responsibilities** * Plan and conduct internal audits across various operational and administrative areas. * Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes. * Identify improvement opportunities and propose recommendations to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness. * Prepare clear and concise audit reports presenting findings and recommendations to management. * Follow up on implementation of agreed corrective actions. * Stay updated on best practices and regulatory requirements. ***We Offer:*** * Base salary: $23,000 + $2,000 performance bonus * Statutory benefits: social security, year-end bonus (aguinaldo), and vacation days. * Savings fund and profit-sharing * Life insurance * Travel allowances covering transportation, lodging, and meals. * Grocery vouchers: $1,425 per month Employment type: Full-time Salary: $23,000.00 – $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Experience: * Internal auditing: 1 year (Preferred) Willingness to travel: * 75% (Preferred) Work location: On the road
