Leads collective bargaining and develops labor policies. **Human Resources Manager.** **Position Profile:** Completed master's degree. **Experience:** Minimum 6 years in HR managerial roles, *preferably in construction companies.* Age: 30 to 55 years. **Experience:** * Personnel administration and management. * Recruitment and selection of operational and administrative staff at all levels. * Experience in payroll and compensation. * Preparing HR metrics reports for strategic decision-making. * Work in organizational development. * Experience with ISO 9001 certification. **Competencies:** * Leadership * Strategic thinking. * Performance management. * Decision-making. * Results orientation. * Adaptability. * Effective communication. * Conflict resolution. **Responsibilities:** Direct all human talent management processes and resource administration, employee monitoring, as well as hiring and training of personnel. Lead collective bargaining, manage employment contracts, resolve disputes, and develop labor policies that promote a positive work environment aligned with current laws.
