Position Summary: We are seeking a Training Analyst to design and implement training programs, coordinate courses, and ensure competency development and career planning. Key Responsibilities: 1. Training plan design and development 2. Coordination and delivery of soft skills courses 3. Implementation of succession and career plans Training Analyst Requirements Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Organizational Psychology.
