Job Summary: Responsible for supervising operators, assigning trips, ensuring timely deliveries, and managing the operational logistics of units and trailers. Key Highlights: 1. Manages the supervision and assignment of trips to operators. 2. Ensures timely delivery of equipment and services, handling incidents. 3. Manages inventories, maintenance, and recovery of evidence for billing. REQUIREMENTS - Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree in Logistics or International Trade. - Intermediate Excel proficiency - Assertive communication and conflict management - Computer proficiency - Ability to solve problems in dynamic environments - Adherence to standards and policies - Availability to handle operational incidents - Technical knowledge of mechanics - Desired experience in dispatching units or fleet management, minimum 2 years - Negotiation skills with operators - High organizational ability - Sense of urgency RESPONSIBILITIES - Supervise and verify that Operators complete the Unit Check List for each assignment. - Provide detailed information regarding the route and loading/unloading address to Operators. - Assign trips to Operators promptly, monitoring the unit. - Guarantee timely delivery of equipment for loading and delivery of services within established deadlines. - Provide immediate customer service by reporting trip status, loading/unloading times, and managing incidents before, during, and after trips. - Ensure compliance with the service cycle, maintaining communication with Operators. - Efficiently manage roadside rescues. - Guarantee recovery of evidence for billing, communicating effectively with Operators. - Request operational agreements from the Cost Department as required by operational needs. - Prepare maintenance orders to ensure units remain in good condition. - Conduct daily inventories of trailers and units, identifying and reporting damages promptly. - Schedule and ensure unit availability according to preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
