Profitability and productivity analysis Your objective will be to coordinate the plant's operational flow—from raw material receipt to final product delivery to the end customer. Your main responsibilities include: * **Production Scheduling and Control:** Organize daily production based on customer orders, controlling timelines, workload balancing, and maintenance records. * **Process Standardization:** Supervise mixture batching, curing control, and yield loss to ensure consistent quality of our lattices and coatings. * **Input and Warehouse Management:** Submit material requisitions to the procurement department, verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, and maintain inventory control (raw materials and finished goods). * **Customer Delivery Logistics:** Schedule delivery routes, supervise vehicle loading, and optimize arrival times directly at the customer site. * **Operational and Profitability Analysis:** Calculate per-order unit costs, analyze profitability per customer, and generate waste and productivity reports for management. * **Personnel Management:** Supervise the operations team, report overtime hours, and ensure compliance with industrial safety standards. **What We Are Looking For?** * **Education:** Industrial Engineering degree. * **Experience:** 3–5 years coordinating production plants, prefabricated concrete manufacturing, or construction materials production. * **Technical Skills:** Advanced Excel proficiency for KPI tracking and reporting. * **Competencies:** Order-driven results orientation, administrative discipline, and ability to supervise operational staff.
