Below are the requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Mechanics or related field Experience: 2 years or more Responsibilities: Supervision of an in-house fleet of 80 units Supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance at yards Preparation of payroll for direct reports (9 mechanics) Scheduling of work shifts Tire traffic-light system management Processing purchase orders Coordinating vehicle recoveries Control of supplies Scheduling and tracking of units requiring corrective maintenance Physical-mechanical inspection of units Weekly and monthly reporting Scheduling supplier payments Requirements: * Advanced or intermediate Excel proficiency * SAP system experience * Availability to rotate shifts * Dynamic attitude Grupo Bachoco does not charge candidates for participation in its recruitment, evaluation, selection, or hiring processes.
