Position Summary: We are seeking an Electronic Services Operator to monitor alarms and closed-circuit television systems, with knowledge of monitoring software and customer service. Availability for rotating shifts Staff Req. 30929 We are looking for a(n): Electronic Services Operator Education: Completed Technical Degree in Computing, Electronics, or related field (Certificate required) Experience: Minimum 1–3 years as an Alarm Monitoring Center Operator. Knowledge: Proficiency in monitoring software (Alarms/Closed-Circuit Television), form completion and management, customer service, and Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Availability for: Rotating shifts.
