We are looking for a Human Resources Analyst with an administrative focus and excellent interpersonal skills. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law * Proficiency in Excel (basic\-intermediate) * Experience in recruitment and personnel administration **Main Responsibilities:** * Personnel file management and personnel control * Employee onboarding, offboarding, and transfers with relevant authorities * Support in payroll preparation (attendance and incident tracking) * Calculation of severance payments and settlements * Recruitment and selection of personnel * Employee support and workplace climate * Support in training and internal events Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $12,000\.65 \- $15,000\.58 per month Work Location: On-site employment
