Required Experience • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or related fields. • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, in-person customer service, or customer experience. • Basic English proficiency Knowledge and Skills: • Excellent presentation and communication skills. • Attention to detail and customer orientation. • English language (desirable). • Familiarity with the city. • Basic knowledge of the real estate market. • Ability to multitask and solve problems. • Proactivity, empathy, and discretion. • Valid driver’s license and ability to operate both standard and automatic vehicles. Operational Responsibilities • Transport and accompany customers from administrative offices to various ORVE projects. • Provide premium customer service at offices or ORVE projects, ensuring a warm and professional experience. • Follow the company’s established process. • Pre-visit contact and post-visit follow-up for appointments. • Act as a liaison between customers and other departments within the company. • Communicate with the person requesting the site visit. • Vehicle maintenance prevention and alertness regarding vehicle needs. • Support other requests from the Department Manager or Coordinator.
