An industrial-sector company invites you to join its team as: 'Payroll Analyst' Required Profile: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. • 2–4 years of payroll experience. • Proficiency in IDSE, SUA, and IMSS portals. • Knowledge of the entire payroll calculation process. • Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, databases). • Prior experience with payroll systems is desirable. Main Responsibilities: • Payroll calculation (weekly/biweekly) • Recording and managing incidents (absences, overtime, vacations, etc.) • IMSS employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications (IDSE) • Severance and settlement calculations • SUA calculation and determination of employer-employee contributions • Application of ISR (Income Tax) and tax validation • Control and safeguarding of payroll information Offer and Conditions: • Monthly gross salary: $23,000 • Statutory benefits: IMSS, Infonavit, Christmas bonus, profit-sharing, and vacation pay. • Direct employment with the company • Work location: Merida, Yucatan • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
